The Jersey Child Care Trust is a registered
charity.
All charitable funds that are received by the Jersey Child Care Trust go
directly into one of the following projects:
The Special Needs Inclusion Project - The Jersey Child Care Trust believe that children with special needs
have the same rights to high quality mainstream childcare as other children.
It is felt that if their needs are supported through the Project, they will
benefit in terms of inclusion, independence and school readiness.
The Support Places Project - a referral only scheme, set up to
provide a part time Foundation Stage Nursery place to children starting
school in the next academic year. Referrals are made on the social or
development needs of each individual child and without this support, the
child would have started school having not accessed a Foundation Stage
environment.
The Small
Grants Scheme - The aim of the Small Grants Scheme is to improve the
quality, accessibility and affordability of childcare and the
development of childcare services for 0 - 12 year olds.
