Jayne Winch

Support Worker

Jayne Winch started working for the Trust in 2018 following a student placement.  She is currently studying for the BA(Hons) in Childhood Studies which she began because she wanted to become a teacher.  However, since beginning the degree and due to the experiences she has been lucky enough to have, she has changed her mind and feels that family support work is her preferred career choice now.

Jayne feels that working for SNIP (Special Needs Inclusion Programme) has so far been an amazing experience, knowing that a child is able to attend nursery due to the support offered by the Trust is truly inspiring.  Building the relationship with the child and parents and watching them grow and achieve is very rewarding.
